The Part-Time Plan by Jim Cockrum: A Product Review

If you’re interested in selling e-books on eBay and don’t know where to begin, the best book I’ve read on the subject is The Part-Time Plan by Jim Cockrum. Jim is the author of the best-selling eBay book of all time, The Silent Sales Machine and has been making a full-time size income on eBay for over 4 years.

The Part-Time Plan is 67 pages long and in adobe format. It begins with a list of Jim’s credentials, including his ability to make approximately $800-$1200 per hour promoting e-books, some authored by him and some not. The bulk of the book explores the marketing of information products, which go way beyond just e-books. The thorough list of suggested information products you can create will more than likely give you ideas you probably haven’t had yet.

The book goes on to give great suggestions for generating ideas for your own information product. It explains how your information product doesn’t necessarily have to be written by you. It can be outsourced to a ghostwriter, or it can be an audio or video, among other options.

Information products can even be used to sell more of your physical products, a process which is also described in this e-book. Information products have a tremendous power to generate leads.
